Can you create artwork for us using a copyrighted or trademarked image or logo?

We can only create artwork using a copyrighted or trademarked logo IF you are the owner of the copyright or trademark, or you have written permission from the trademark logo. For example, if you want a Chicago Bears logo on a coaster, you would need permission from the trademark holder.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has the authority to detain, seize, forfeit, and ultimately destroy merchandise seeking entry into the United States if it bears an infringing trademark or copyright that has been registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) or the U.S. Copyright Office (USCOP), and has subsequently been recorded with CBP.  Additional information can be obtained here: https://www.cbp.gov/trade/priority-issues/ipr/protection
