Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

No! We clearly list all of our pricing before you begin the ordering process. If you have print-ready artwork for your coaster and are choosing a standard shape, the price you see on our site is the price you pay. There are no additional set-up fees, no extra fees for additional colors, and Free Shipping is included within the continental United States.

If you don't have print-ready artwork and need our help creating a spectacular design for your coaster, we charge an Art Fee of $1.00 per minute with a min of 10 minutes. This fee only applies when we're asked to help the customer create the coaster design and will be clearly stated as such when applied.

If you are outside of the continental US - there is an additional 10% of the invoice that is added to cover any service fees, taxes, tariffs, etc that may arise during shipping.
