However, as these are customized products, we can’t accept returns if:

• We sent you the size you ordered but they don’t fit your coffee cups.
• We sent you the fragrance you ordered but you don’t like it.
• The products have been used.

If in doubt, please ask for samples before you order. You can request fragrance samples, cup sleeve samples or both. The sample price is credited back when you order, so samples are essentially free.
